Legal notice:
The website of the project Unruly Natures is operated in accordance with Swiss data protection law, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (Datenschutzgesetz - DSG). In addition, the Edition observes foreign data protection law to the extent that it applies. This includes in particular the data protection law of the European Union (EU).

The pages owner makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on this website is correct and up-to-date. Nevertheless, errors and ambiguities cannot be completely excluded. Therefore, the pages owner does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. The pages owner is not liable for material or immaterial damages caused directly or indirectly by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, unless it can be proven that the pages owner acted with intent or gross negligence. The pages owner reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the website or the entire website without prior notice, or to temporarily or permanently cease publication.

Where the pages owner leaves space on its website for third parties (e.g. fellows), the third party alone is liable for the content made available there. Responsibility for "third-party content" provided, for example, through direct or indirect links to other providers, presupposes, among other things, positive knowledge of the illegal or punishable content. The pages owner has no influence on "third-party content" and does not adopt this content as its own. The pages owner has no knowledge of illegal or offensive content on the pages of external providers linked to its website. Should the linked pages of external providers nevertheless contain illegal or offensive content, the pages owner expressly distances itself from this content.

All trademarks and brand names mentioned on the website and, if applicable, protected by third parties, are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners.

Any duplication or use of objects such as photographs, text, sound or audiovisual material in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the pages owner or the respective author's agreement. Furthermore the pages owner reserves the right to change the content and design of this website at any time without prior notice.

Terms of use:
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the website of the Project Unruly Natures. Insofar as the following refers to data or information, this refers to digital content of various kinds, such as works (including images and other graphic representations, texts, music), programs; they are usually referred to below as data.

Insofar as individual works and digital content are entitled to intellectual property rights (Immaterialgüterrecht), the respective legal bases apply, in particular copyright, design and trademark law. The owner of these rights is the page owner or the fellows of the project. These rights may only be used within the scope of the rights of use provided for by law. If there is no legal grant of rights, corresponding contractual permission must be obtained.

Insofar as individual rights are under open license (for example, under an open Creative Commons condition), these rights of use are usable according to the specified conditions.

Applicable law shall be Swiss law.
